With members John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, they became widely regarded as the foremost and most influential act of the rock era. They are the best-selling band in history, with estimated sales of over 600 million records worldwide, and many consider them to be the greatest rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music musicians of the 1960s, or perhaps ever! Some of their movies include: Help!, A Hard Day's Night, Let It Be, and Yellow Submarine If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was likely sold by a Beatles fan club in the 1960s (quite possibly by an Italian fan club, given that the poster measures the standard Italian one-panel size). We have seen similar posters to this on the Internet that have "Printed in England" in the bottom border, but this one does not. We would think this poster is surely far more rare than other similar posters, because of its very large size (39" x 55"). We would also think it is from the 1960s, both because of the paper quality, and because we don't think this image of the Beatles would have been used at a later time. We are simply listing it as a "commercial poster" rather than an "Italian commercial poster", because it might have been printed in Italy for use in England or the U.S. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also, note that there are facsimile signatures within the printing at lower right (the poster has NOT been personally autographed). Condition: very good. There is some pretty minor fold and border wear (mostly on the areas that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded), but otherwise, the poster is in pretty nice condition!
