An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Once a Sinner, the 1931 Guthrie McClintic inventor business romantic love triangle melodrama (a complicated story of a man who has invented a futuristic "picture phone", and there is a rich man who would finance it, but he had an affair with the inventor's girlfriend, so the inventor refuses; that breaks them up, and the girlfriend goes to Paris, where she has further romantic complications, but everything works out in the end) starring Dorothy Mackaill, Joel McCrea, John Halliday, C. Henry Gordon, Ilka Chase, Sally Blane, and Nanette Faro NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned two window cards and three stills from this movie until we received this one-sheet! Condition: good to very good. The poster has an extra slightly uneven vertical crease to the right of the vertical foldline and there are some scuff marks and slight smudges in that crease's upper and lower edges (see our image). There is small separation and paper loss in the lower two crossfolds (slightly affecting the art of Mackaill's lips at bottom) and there is slightly more paper loss at the upper crossfold. It has some creases and tiny tears along portions of the blank borders. It is otherwise in generally nice condition and after linenbacking the very rare poster should display really well.
