This is one of the few silent French posters we have ever auctioned (and we have never auctioned this poster before). What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at some crossfolds and some darkening, creases, and tiny tears on parts of the folds, and darkening in the outer edges of the blank borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was roughly handled and acquired creases in the top and bottom 3" of the poster, both in the poster and in the linen.
