An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Attack of the Crab Monsters, the 1957 Roger Corman science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy horror thriller ("From the depths of the sea... A Tidal Wave of Terror!") starring Richard Garland, Pamela Duncan, Russell Johnson, Leslie Bradley, and Mel Welles. Note that while this is certainly far from a classic movie, its posters have some of the very best imagery of ANY of the 1950s horror/sci-fi movies! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and the restorer did a good job, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). good. There was paper loss at each crossfold. There were tears and small areas of paper loss across the middle and bottom foldlines and many creases and small tears across the top foldline. There were tears and small areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. The poster was extremely well restored, and it really looks great.
