Hold that Ghost, the 1941 Arthur Lubin Universal haunted house horror screwball musical comedy ("A haunting we will go!") starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello (Abbott and Costello), Richard Carlson, Joan Davis, Mischa Auer, The Andrews Sisters (LaVerne, Maxene, and Patty Andrews), Ted Lewis and His Entertainers, Evelyn Ankers, Marc Lawrence, Shemp Howard, and Madge Crane

Condition: good. there is light water staining over much of the card, but fortunately there is more of it in the non-image areas than in the actual image areas; you should be able to see many of the stains (which are mostly collections of small brown dots) by looking at the larger scan we provide

other than the water stains described above, there are smudges and scuffs down much of the left border and in the center of the right border; there are some scuffs within the image area. This is the sort of poster that responds extremely well to restoration! A talented restorer should be able to chemically remove (or greatly reduce) the water stains, and the result will be that after restoration you have a window card that looks great and probably has little paint anywhere on it!
