Note that this poster was one of 25 posters that was entered into a contest by NATO's European Recovery Program (also known as the Marshall Plan), which was a program designed to help Europe recover from World War II Artist: Alfred Lutz Condition: good. There are a few tears of varying lengths around the edges (one is relatively large at upper left and it and one other at upper right are repaired with restoration tape from the back.)
