Zanuck; based on a true story of a priest being murdered in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1924; the police located a drifter nearby, and there was a rush to judgment to convict him of the crime, even though there was a lack of evidence connecting him to the murder; fortunately, a young lawyer in the District Attorney's office becomes convinced of the drifter's innocence, and sets out to prove it; to heighten the realism of the movie, director Elia Kazan gave it a semi-documentary look) starring Dana Andrews, Jane Wyatt, Lee J. Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had minor wear on the horizontal fold, with a V-shaped tear in Andrews' collar. There were faint stains in the middle of the left and a 5" tear in the lower left border, with some pinholes and tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
