An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Style B One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Destroyer, the 1943 William A. Seiter World War II (WWII) Naval Navy military sea action adventure thriller melodrama ("Meet the swaggering sons of guns who man YOUR fighting ships!"; "1943's mighty sea-story!"; "1943's mightiest story of the sea and the fighting men who sail it!"; "Sentimental! Thrilling! Human!"; "Thrill-packed story of men and their ships!") starring Edward G. Robinson, Glenn Ford, Marguerite Chapman, Edgar Buchanan, Leo Gorcey (one of the original "Dead End Kids", in a rare solo appearance!), Regis Toomey, and Craig Woods NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds. There was a piece of scotch tape on the front of the center of the title (between the "T" and "R" of "DESTROYER"), and the restorer did not remove that piece of clear tape. There were pinholes in the corners and some minor fold and border defects. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, and displays well, but I am not sure why the restorer did not remove the tape from the center of the title. Learn More about condition grades
