Samuelson English silent Africa lost civilization romantic fantasy adventure thriller ("Sir Rider Haggard's own screen version of 'She'") starring Betty Blythe (in the title role as Ayesha), Carlyle Blackwell Sr., Mary Odette, Tom Reynolds, Heinrich George, and Jerrold Robertshaw. Note that there were five silent movie adaptations of this novel prior to this one, and in 1935, it was remade by RKO starring Helen Gahagan, and again in 1965 with Ursula Andress in the lead role! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper items from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a one-sheet (16 years ago for $2,926) and five different lobby cards from this movie (and NO other movie paper of any kind) until we received this sixth lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: fair to good. There were areas of paper loss around the edges and someone taped pieces of a thin stiff board to the back of those areas, and there are also some other tape repairs on the back of the borders. Please look at our super-sized images to get a good sense of the exact condition of this card before placing a bid. Learn More about condition grades
