An Original 1981 Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36" [36 x 91 cm]) (Learn More) Hardly Working, the 1980 (released in the U.S. in 1981) Jerry Lewis screwball comedy ("The World's Funniest Funny Man is Back!"; "The Original Jerk"; about an unemployed circus clown who cannot hold down a job) starring Jerry Lewis ("The original Jerk"), Susan Oliver, Harold J. Stone, Deanna Lund, and Roger C. Carmel (in his final movie). Note that this was an attempt by Jerry Lewis to return to the screen as a screwball comedian, and he was likely inspired by the great success of Steve Martin in "The Jerk", which had a performance that was clearly inspired by Lewis' early movies. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had a few creases and scuffs around the edges.
