an Otto Preminger Film Festival. Otto Preminger was a prominent, talented director from the 1930s through the 1980s. Among his best work are Laura, Anatomy of a Murder, Advise and Consent, Porgy and Bess, The Man with the Golden Arm, Where the Sidewalk Ends, In Harm's Way, and Angel Face. Note that this poster advertises an Otto Preminger film festival held in Berlin, Germany in April of 1999. The poster features a great image of Jean Seberg from the film 'Bonjour Tristesse'.
