Phyllis Elgar was an Australian and U.S. stage actress from the 1920s. She appeared in one Broadway show: The First Mrs. Fraser. If anyone knows more about this person, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock and it has an embossed photographer's stamp in one of the bottom corners.
