The poster is in lesser condition. There are several defects scattered along the borders and foldlines/crossfolds, and there are one or more areas of significant foldline and/or crossfold separation. There is paper loss at the top and bottom crossfolds, and there are tears in some portions of the edges and folds that have been repaired with tape from the back.
