Founded in Beaumont, Texas, it was one of the oil brands that dominated the global market in the 1940s to the 1970s. In 2001 it merged with the Chevron Corporation and still has more than two thousand locations worldwide. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this billboard advertising poster was printed in 14 sections designed to overlap. Also note this poster was folded in a way that makes it resemble a tri-folded six-sheet (only much larger, of course, as there are more sections). But the length and width of the folded poster is just about the same as that of a folded six-sheet or three-sheet. This means that this poster needs to be sent in an oversized flat package, which will measure roughly 16" x 38", and approximately 2" high, and it will cost more to send than a regular sized package. Condition: very good to fine. The sections of the poster have some small tears in parts of some foldlines and some small paper loss at some crossfolds. There are some smudges on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded, but overall the poster has survived in surprisingly nice condition.
