Only the Valiant (released in other English-speaking countries as "Fort Invincible"), the 1951 Gordon Douglas cowboy western ("They were six and they fought like six hundred..!"; "A handful of derelicts on the desert's scorched sands ...hating most the man who made them heroes!"; "A desert storm of Apache spears aimed at his heart-- the guns of his own men pointed at his back!"; "From the pages that wrote a stirring chapter in the annals of American adventure!"; "She gave a man the kind of thirst the desert never could!"; "The girl he loved belong to the man he fought under..."; "He began as yellow as the dunes that surrounded him..."; "His canteen was always filled- but not with water..."; "A soldier of steel rusting away in side..."; "Most dangerous with his warpaint off!..."; "From the novel by Charles Marquis Warren") starring Gregory Peck ("as Captain Lance, who gave Fort Invincible its name!"), Barbara Payton, Ward Bond, Gig Young, Lon Chaney Jr., Neville Brand, and Jeff Corey
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that the stills are glued to a linen-like backing (we think it is highly likely that these are key book stills, and that someone trimmed away the extra 1" from the top or left of the still, no doubt so it could be put in a frame).

Condition: good. Several have lightened pretty substantially (see our images) and of those stills they have slight discoloration on back (likely due to exposure to moisture). Please see our super-sized images to get a good sense of the condition of these items prior to placing a bid.
