Women of the Americas, the 1988 California film festival ("Film & video festival") which was held from October 19th to the 23rd at the York Theatre and Mission Cultural Center in San Francisco and the UC Theatre and La Pena Cultural Center in Berkeley, which we think featured films by Hispanic women from both North and South America. Note that this poster features Jos Sances artwork of a woman. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster was never folded. Either before or after it was backed (with no excess), it acquired scuffing in the solid black areas and some light rippling scattered throughout the poster and the linen behind it. If I owned this great poster, I would surely have it removed from the old linen and properly re-backed.
