Bracker art of smiling military personnel. Note that the "War Camp Community Service" was one of the many service organizations during World War I that provided food, shelter, and companionship to servicemen on leave (like the YMCA and many others) Artist: Leone M. Bracker Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had small tears and some stains around the edges.
