This was a terminology used by MGM at this time for some re-releases, and it has caused some collectors to be confused! This half-sheet is the original poster from the 1956 re-release of this movie, and is NOT a "reprint"! Also note that this poster has never been folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good to very good. There are a few 3" and smaller tears around the edges of the poster that have been repaired with tape from the back and some with paint from the front (mostly at upper left).
