Heat Lightning, the 1934 Mervyn LeRoy crime murder mystery melodrama ("I just killed a rat!"; "Drama that'll strike into your heart!"; "From Original Play by Leon Abrams and George Abbott"; definitely a major precursor to "The Petrified Forest", which opened on Broadway the following year, and which memorably came to the screen in 1937 with Bette Davis, Leslie Howard, and Humphrey Bogart; strangers meet in a middle-of-nowhere cafe, with much drama, suspense, and ultimately, a murder) starring Aline MacMahon, Ann Dvorak, Preston Foster, Glenda Farrell, Frank Mchugh, Ruth Donnelly, Lyle Talbot, Edgar Kennedy, and Jane Darwell

Important Added Info: Note that this insert has been trimmed on all four sides and it now measures 12" x 34 3/4". Also note that this poster was folded across the middle at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. All of the blank borders were trimmed off. There are pinholes in the top and bottom borders and three areas of paper loss across the center of the poster.
