Edgar Rice Burroughs' Tarzan's Peril, the 1951 Byron Haskin jungle action adventure thriller ("Tarzan's Latest Adventure! It Had to be filmed in Africa!"; "Adventure's most savage outpost!"; "See astounding 'Stilt Man' 20 feet tall! See evil white merchants of wholesale murder! See Tarzan hurled over thundering Falls of Death! See a beautiful forest maiden trapped for torture! See Tarzan's desperate fight against blood-mad hordes! See Jane cornered alone in the Tree House by a renegade white! See Yorango and Ashuba tribes in deadly battle for survival! See a jungle queen crowned amid strange pagan rites! See a hundred other thrills from dark Africa's secret depths!"; "See primitive, blood-curdling coronation rites of a new jungle queen!"; "See luscious Queen Melmendi, trapped by viscious King Bulam for torture - and worse!"; "See Tarzan's desperate, lone fight against swarms of blood-thirsty Yorango warriors!"; "See the spectacular battle for survival between the Yorango and Ashuba tribes!"; "See hundreds of other unforgettable sights from darkest Africa's black heart!"; "based on characters created by Edgar Rice Burroughs") starring Lex Barker (in the title role as Tarzan), Virginia Huston (as Jane), George Macready, Douglas Fowley, Glenn Anders, and Dorothy Dandridge (in a minor role). Note that Virginia Huston had a big break in this movie playing Jane, but she left the series (and her film career) soon after this movie, when she married a rich real estate man!

Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has smudges, creases and tiny tears along portions of some edges and some tiny separation in the lower crossfolds of the center vertical foldline and in the right center crossfold and those areas are backed by tape. There is small paper loss under the credits at lower right that has been repaired with tape from the back. There are some ink stains on back at upper center that slightly bleed through to the front in the "T" of the title but the poster is otherwise "all there" and after linenbacking it will display well.
