The Copperhead, the 1920 Charles Maigne silent Civil War military melodrama (based on the play by Augustus Thomas and the novel by Frederick Landis; about a man who everyone believes was a traitor to the Union during the Civil War, but actually he wasn't as he was placed on a secret mission by President Abraham Lincoln and promised the president that he would never reveal the truth!) starring Lionel Barrymore (as Milt Shanks), William P. Carleton, Francis Joyner, Arthur Rankin, and Nicholas Schroell (as President Abraham Lincoln)

Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned ANY lobby cards for this silent movie in all of our years of auctioning!

Condition: good to very good. Both cards have some tiny dot stains along portions of the blank borders and some pencil writing at top in the blank border. The card pictured at top has slight discoloration at lower left with some paper loss in the corner and the other card has some slight discoloration at lower left and some slight discoloration at bottom (affecting only blank paper). The images are generally in nice condition and the cards have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind.
