Shadow of Chinatown, the 1936 Robert F. Hill (billed as "Bob Hill") mystery crime horror science fiction (sci-fi) serial ("15 Thrilling Episodes"; "15 episodes of flaming action, dynamic thrills, and eerie mystery"; a wacky story with Bela Lugosi as a crazy Eurasian who hires another Eurasian, an equally wacky woman known as The Dragon Lady, and together they terrorize the shop owners of a "Chinatown" in an unnamed city, with the hopes of allowing people from another country to come in and take over!) starring Bela Lugosi, Bruce Bennett (billed as "Herman Brix"), Luana Walters (as the Dragon Lady), Joan Barclay, and Maurice Liu

Condition: very good. The poster had paper loss at the top and middle crossfold and two small areas of paper loss on the vertical foldline in between those two crossfolds (in the top of the "W" of "SHADOW"). There was a small tear in the yellow background area on the vertical foldline next to the "M" of "MAURICE". There were some small vertical tears in the right half of the top horizontal foldline and a tiny area of paper loss in the red background next to Lugosi's face. There was paper loss at the right end of the top foldline, extending into Lugosi's neck. There were some creases, smudges, small tears, and tiny paper loss in the blank borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see slight signs of the restoration of the above areas.
