Some of his movie include: Battleground, Broadway Melody of 1940, Bataan, and For Me and My Gal. In the 1960s, he turned to politics, and in 1964, was elected Senator of California. He passed away in 1992 at the age of 89. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by George Murphy! Our consignor obtained this autograph in an estate sale, but he does not have a certificate of authenticity. Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" [19 x 24 cm]. Condition: good to very good. Parts of the blank borders were neatly trimmed off.
