An Original Vintage Movie T-Shirt (size: Medium) (Learn More) 20th Century-Fox is a movie studio founded in 1935 by William Fox (who alone had one of the greatest Hollywood studios of the 1910s and 1920s), Joseph M. Schenck, and Darryl F. Zanuck when Fox Film Corporation and Twentieth Century Pictures merged. They were one of the "Big Six" major American film studios for over 80 years. Their greatest success came when they distributed 1977's Star Wars, and its many sequels! In 2019, Disney purchased 20th Century Fox, and it was renamed 20th Century Studios. Important Added Info: Note that this item is one of many that were consigned to us by an owner of a chain of theaters. It was given to him as a special promotion from the studio. We don't know if it was also sold commercially in any way, but the one being auctioned is the one this theater owner received. All of the items of apparel he received over a period of years are being auctioned in this set of auctions (each in its own auction). He has no other items!
