An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Zane Grey's Western Union, the 1941 Fritz Lang historical cowboy western (based on the novel by Zane Grey; about the early days of the legendary telegraph company, and specifically their connecting Omaha and Salt Lake City with telegraph wires, and the great difficulties they encounter in doing so) starring Robert Young, Randolph Scott, Dean Jagger, Virginia Gilmore, John Carradine, Slim Summerville, Chill Wills, and Barton MacLane (as Jack Slade). Note that legendary director Fritz Lang was certainly not known for westerns, but he had had success directing The Return of Frank James the year before this, and this was his second western (and years later, he would do one more, Rancho Notorious)! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and a few tiny bits of paper loss near the middle of the top fold, with pretty minor wear on the rest of the folds and some tiny pinholes around the edges.
