Important Added Info: Note that this script is the revised second draft from April 6, 1965 and the screenplay was written by Lukas Heller. Also note that there are a multitude of different colored revision pages from many different dates (apparently this script was revised over and over, which must have driven the actors crazy!). It also has additional separate revision pages from 5/3/65 and 5/4/65.
