Scott Date Sold 12/11/2001Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 4 Original Vintage Theatrical 8x10 Stills (Learn More) Man in the Saddle, the 1951 Andre De Toth revenge cowboy western ("'Sooner or later a man's got to fight, and I might as well start now!'"; "'I've been pushed as far as I'm gonna go...NOW I'M COMING BACK!'"; "'I never killed a man before--but you're looking for it!'" "Based upon the novel by Ernest Haycox") starring Randolph Scott, Joan Leslie, Ellen Drew, Alexander Knox, Richard Rober, John Russell, Alfonso Bedoya, and Cameron Mitchell NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. Note that these stills are slightly "bowed" (they don't lay completely flat). This is common with original vintage stills. The stills could be easily flattened out over time by storing them under weight. Each also has minor creases in the blank borders. Otherwise, these stills are overall in very good condition. Two of the stills have changed to a sepia color as is very common with vintage stills. Three of the stills have scuffing in the top edge of the image background that isn't very distracting.
