An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Counter Jumper, the 1922 Larry Semon silent slapstick comedy short (about a lowly store employee who sees a large man steal a pretty woman's necklace, and he literally jumps over the counter and attempts to apprehend the crook) starring Larry Semon (in the title role as Larry, the Counter Jumper), Lucille Carlisle, Oliver Hardy (as the large jewel robber; in the lull period in his career taking supporting roles after having been a star in the 1910s, and before he teamed up with Stan Laurel), Spencer Bell (black African American actor of the 1920s and early 1930s who mostly only played stereotypical roles, but who played The Cowardly Lion in 1925's "The Wizard of Oz"), and Eva Thatcher.
