An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Thee Dumb Clucks (also released as "3 Dumb Clucks"), the 1937 Del Lord jail gangster slapstick comedy short ("A Columbia 2 reel comedy"; the Three Stooges escape from jail because their father is about to marry a gold digger; this was a spoof of "Three Smart Girls", which had been released the year before) starring The Three Stooges (Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Curly Howard), Lucille Lund, Frank Austin, Lynton Brent, Lew Davis, and Charles Dorety. Note that some of this short was re-edited into the 1953 comedy short "Up in Daisy's Penthouse".

Condition: very good. There is a tiny tear in the middle left of the image, falling in the edge of the woman's coat. Otherwise, there are a few faint partial creases in the blank borders.
