Condition: very good. The lobby cards were laminated.  See below for more about the lamination process.  Prior to being laminated, it was in very good condition.  Each card has a tiny piece out and small tear in the upper left and upper right in the image background. Two of the cards have pinholes in the blank borders. The card of the people sitting at a table has a 1/2" in diameter circular piece out with two 1/2" tears in the top center o the image background (just above the standing man's shoulder).

IMPORTANT: This item comes from a horror science fiction collection that was put together in the 1970s.  The owner was looking for an inexpensive way to preserve the items, and at the same time make them easy to display.  He had them laminated, much as you do with your driver's license!  This was done many years ago, and it seems to have worked very well.  None of these items show any signs of aging.  They all look just as they did many years ago, and I would imagine they will look the same many years from now.  They can be easily dropped into a ready-made frame (without glass) or they can be displayed on the wall as is.  I know that few collectors nowadays would ever consider laminating any items, but it really does seem to work!  I have no idea if the lamination can be removed, but I am sure that it is not merely a case of peeling off the lamination.  Please do not bid on this or the other laminated items I have for sale unless you can accept that they are laminated!
