Some of his movies include: Gone With the Wind, Pygmalion (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), In Which We Serve, Forty-Ninth Parallel, Berkeley Square (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and The Petrified Forest. Howard was at the height of his popularity when he passed away in 1943 at the age of 50, when the plane he was in was shot down by Germans. Important Added Info: Note that these stills all feature a specific actor or actress (sometimes portraits, but often in a scene from a movie that they were in). They come from the collection of Ken Jones, who was an author of many books about old-time actors, including many character actors. He collected on all the stars that he enjoyed, and this is a rare opportunity to get a number of stills at one time from this specific star! Condition: good to very good. One or more has been trimmed.
