A 1954 Realart Re-release Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Thirty by Forty Movie Poster (measures 30" x 40") (Learn More) Night Key, the 1937 Lloyd Corrigan horror crime murder thriller ("Original story by William Pierce"; about a man who invents a new kind of burglar alarm, and crooks kidnap him so that they can force him to help them rob places protected by his alarms) starring Boris Karloff (billed as "Karloff"), Warren Hull (billed as "J. Warren Hull"), Jean Rogers, Alan Baxter, Hobart Cavanaugh, Samuel Hinds, David Oliver, Ward Bond, Frank Reicher, Edwin Maxwell, and Henry Brandon NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this 30x40 has a silkscreen printed poster with an actual black & white photo which has neatly been "tipped in" (glued to the upper left corner of the poster). This is how almost all 30x40s were made at this time! Paper banners were also commonly made in this way at that time, and it makes for a striking poster, and few people would realize that it is not printed on a single piece, unless they examine the poster closely. Note that the silkscreen portions of this poster usually pick up scuff marks far more easily than other posters of this period (this was caused by the method of silkscreen printing, and is very common on these posters, and is not considered a major defect, unless it is very noticeable or distracting). Also note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing, but a very few were left unfolded. An unfolded poster from before 1980 is almost always far more difficult to find than a folded poster of the same title, and finding unfolded posters in excellent condition is even more difficult!
