Everyone seems to agree that the first printing had a smooth and glossy cover, and the interior pages featured tan highlights. Subsequent printings that occurred during the continuous first release of this movie featured textured paper stock on the covers and pink highlights. While these printings do have different textured paper stock for the covers, there is conflicting information about which is the second, third, fourth (and perhaps more) printing of the program. Therefore, we are simply referring to these as "later continuous first release printing". Also note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this program. You can use these images to determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are some other pages you are not seeing. Condition: very good.
