Are you keeping yours?") encouraging people to purchase war savings stamps, and featuring art of Uncle Sam with his arms around a soldier and man purchasing war savings stamps. Note that there is a triangle symbol with "AAP" inside of it in the lower left of the art. We would assume these are the initials of the artist. But we could find no further information. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: AAP Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had paper loss in the top right corner extending into the solid background. It also had pinholes and stains in the top and bottom borders. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. Someone backed the poster with no restoration, except that they put a piece of blank paper in the top right corner (see our image). Learn More about condition grades
