A 1955 Re-release Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More) Honky Tonk, the 1941 Jack Conway gambling casino romantic melodrama ("Every kiss a thrill! Better than Boom Town!"; about a con man who wins a bunch of money and marries the beautiful straight laced daughter of a judge and he opens a casino and wants to take over the town, but his wife wants him to "go straight") starring Clark Gable, Lana Turner, Frank Morgan, Claire Trevor, Marjorie Main, Albert Dekker, Henry O'Neill, and Chill Wills NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that there was tape on the back of the left of the top border, and that the poster is slightly sticky in that area on the back of the poster. Also note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most insert posters were folded twice horizontally right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded copy of most inserts, especially from before 1970! Finally, note that the poster says "AN MGM MASTERPIECE REPRINT" in the bottom center. This was a terminology used by MGM at this time for some re-releases, and it has caused some collectors to be confused! This poster is the original poster from the 1955 re-release of this movie, and is NOT a "reprint"! Condition: good. Learn More about condition grades
