An Original Vintage One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh) (Learn More)

A New Broadway Brevities, the 1940-41 stock poster for short subjects in the Vitaphone Broadway Brevities short subject series. Note that this poster is a "stock" poster created for entries in the Vitaphone "Broadway Brevities" series, with artwork scenes from typical entries in the series, including one of a boxing match and ice skating. Theaters would order this poster, and then could either write in the name of the specific short in the box at the bottom, or could order paper snipes so place in that box. In this case, the name of a specific short, "Just a Cute Kid", was overprinted into the box. If anyone knows more about this particular short or this series of shorts, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
