Important Added Info: Note that cards #1-#4 are untrimmed and measure 11 1/2" x 14". The backs of the cards have the 30x40 image for "Teams of Endearment" printed on them (you can connect the cards and see most of the poster image). It is most likely that this was a "test" set of cards, printed on the back of a 30x40 by NSS prior to doing the full run of cards. They would often do a test run to make sure that everything was correct before they would do a complete run.
