If they survive.. only then does their adventure begin!"; based on the novel by Alistair MacLean) starring Richard Burton, Clint Eastwood, Mary Ure, Patrick Wymark, Michael Horden, and Ingrid Pitt NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Peter Merczel Important Added Info: Note that there is a wonderful addition to this poster that makes it different from the previous examples of the poster we have auctioned (we have auctioned similar ones twice before). What makes it different? The artist, Peter Merczel, was given this assignment the day before the poster needed to go to the printer, and he stayed up all night drawing it. He told the person in charge that he wanted the eyes of the eagles to have turquoise coloring in them, but the printers said that there was no time, because the posters needed to be printed immediately. So after the posters were printed, Mr. Merczel was given some of the posters and he personally colored the turquoise color into the eyes on those few, and this poster is one of those with the "hand colored eyes" (see our image)! Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has a few minor creases scattered in the image. Learn More about condition grades
