Hush... Hush, Sweet Charlotte, the classic 1965 Robert Aldrich murder crime suspense horror thriller ("Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte, Charlotte don't you cry, Chop, Chop sweet Charlotte, a faithless man must die."; "From a story by Henry Farrell") starring Bette Davis (in the title role as Charlotte Hollis), Olivia de Havilland, Joseph Cotten, Agnes Moorehead (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Cecil Kellaway, William Campbell, Victor Buono (billed as "Guest Star Victor Buono"), Mary Astor (billed as "also starring Mary Astor as Jewel Mayhew"), and Bruce Dern (in his 3rd movie role!). Note that, while this movie was released in December 1964 to qualify for the Academy Awards that year, it is generally considered a 1965 film.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster had a few small tears at the bottom of the top panel and a few creases and tiny tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great! Note that at some point after the poster was backed, it was roughly handled, resulting in a 4" crease in the upper right of the poster, which is in the border of the linen and in the right 1" of the poster. It is in the background area 2" above the title, and it is not very noticeable at all.
