Europaische Schauspielplakate (literally translates to "European Theatre Posters"), the 1982 German poster promoting an art exhibition of theater posters to be held at the Stadtische Buhnen in Osnabruck, Germany. Note that this poster features art of a man in a mask by Jerzy Czerniawski! It was commissioned by German theater director Dr. Erdmut August who also created what may be the world's largest international theater poster archive with holdings of 16,000 different posters by many of the world's leading poster artists.
