Maitres de l'Affiche (literally translates to "Masters of the Poster"), one of the 1885 - 1900 French art print sets created during the Belle Epoque in Paris, France. The prints were reproduced from the original works of ninety-seven artists, and was put together by Jules Cheret, often known as the Father of Poster Art. The varied selection of prints were sold in packages of four and delivered monthly to subscribers. On sixteen occasions, the monthly package included a bonus of a specially created lithograph.
Artist: Georges Meunier
Important Added Info:

UPDATED 07/04/2014: Note that a knowledgeable collector has provided more information about this lithograph and we have updated the description accordingly!

Condition: good to very good. There is an embossed printer's stamp in the lower right corner of the poster (it reads "Les Maitres De L'Affich Imprime Chaix" and has what appears to be an image of a typesetter seated at a workbench). There is a 3/4" tear in the right of the bottom edge of the poster. There is a tack hole in the middle of the top edge. There is a small area of ink pen writing in the lower right corner of the poster. There are very light brown stains scattered throughout the poster (mostly only noticeable in the blank areas at left and right). The poster is otherwise in pretty remarkable condition, especially considering its age!
