Condition: very good. The poster has small separation at each crossfold with tiny paper loss at the bottom crossfold. There is a 2" tear at the center of the bottom foldline (mostly on the vertical foldline) and a few very tiny dots of paper loss in the vertical foldline between the top and bottom crossfolds.
