Important Added Info: Note that this program has "Famous Films BV Amsterdam " on the inside, but we strongly suspect that it was printed in Holland solely because the English distributor found a better printer there, and that it is simply an English program that was printed in Holland. What is really cool is that the centerfold of the book folds out twice and opens into a really wonderful 23 1/2" x 32 3/4" Philip Castle poster (the same image is on a special foil poster that sells for hundreds of dollars!). Also note that we have pictured the front cover, an interior 2-page spread from this program, and the full-color poster. You can use these images to determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image, but realize that there are some other pages you are not seeing.
