Zanuck; a highly fictionalized re-telling of the story of the great circus showman, P.T. Barnum, who is reported to have said "There's a sucker born every minute", but he may have appropriated it from a competitor!; near the end of his life, he merged his circus with the Bailey Circus, to for the legendary Barnum & Bailey Circus, which carried on for 146 years until closing in 2017) starring Wallace Beery (in the title role as P.T. Barnum), Adolphe Menjou (as Bailey Walsh), Virginia Bruce, Rochelle Hudson, Janet Beecher, George Brasno (as General Tom Thumb), Olive Brasno (as Lavinia Thumb), R.E.
