An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Across the Pacific, the 1942 John Huston & Vincent Sherman World War II (WWII) romantic spy espionage adventure thriller ("Boy! when Bogart boffs those Japs... or when he kisses Mary Astor you can feel it Across the Pacific"; "From the Saturday Evening Post serial by Robert Carson"; based on the story "Aloha Means Good-bye" by Robert Garson; set in the days right before Pearl Harbor, about a U.S. Army officer who is court-martialed, and he boards a Japanese ship heading to the Panama Canal and discovers a Japanese plot to blow it up) starring Humphrey Bogart, Mary Astor, Sydney Greenstreet, Charles Halton, Victor Sen Yung, and Frank Wilcox. Note that this film reunited three of the stars from the previous year's "Maltese Falcon", as well as director John Huston! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: fair to good. the left, right, and top blank borders of this card were neatly trimmed off, but the bottom border (and the small writing) were NOT trimmed off. Someone took the borders of a different card and taped them from the back to the left, right, and top borders of this card, and it gives the illusion of a complete card. light smudges throughout the card, mostly in the green background area and some in Astor's hand and a couple of small smudges in her face Learn More about condition grades
