Women knew it with his first kiss!"; very loosely based on the life of the famous author) starring Linda Darnell, Shepperd Strudwick (billed as "John Shepperd"; in the title role as the famous poet, Edgar Allan Poe), Virginia Gilmore, Jane Darwell, Mary Howard, Frank Conroy, Hardie Albright, and Harry Morgan
