L007k down! L007k out!"; "Here comes the biggest Bond of all!"; "Based on the original story by Kevin McClory, Jack Whittingham and Ian Fleming") starring Sean Connery (as James Bond 007), Claudine Auger, (as Domino) Adolfo Celi (as Largo), Luciana Paluzzi, Rik Van Nutter, Martine Beswick, Guy Doleman, Molly Peters, Bernard Lee (as "M"), Lois Maxwell (as Miss Moneypenny), Desmond Llewellyn (as "Q"), Paul Stassino, Bob Simmons, and Rose Alba NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Robert McGinnis & Frank McCarthy Important Added Info: Note that the poster measures 41" x 84", not 41" x 81". This was something that Disney was experimenting with at this time, and several titles were made that size. The experiment was likely abandoned due to complaints by movie theaters that put the posters into three-sheet frames, and these slightly oversized posters didn't fit! Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Condition: good. The poster was attached to a wall with both pieces of tape around the edges and also pins, and there are yellow tape stains and many tiny pinholes around the edges. Someone also once put a piece of tape on the bottom border of the top small section (on the bottom of the "W" of "DOWN", to hold that section onto the larger section between that. When the poster was later removed from the wall, that piece of tape stayed attached to the "W" on the top section and lifted some of the surface paper from the bottom of the "W" (which you can see in our image). There also were some pieces of clear tape on the rest of that area where the two pieces joined, but someone was much more careful in separating the two pieces, and there are pieces of clear tape along the rest of that area, but no other surface paper loss. The poster has yellow stains in the "AL" at the end of the title and in the area beneath it, and slightly in the "Y" of "CONNERY". There are light yellow stains in the far left of the credits under the title affecting some of the letters. There is small circular paper loss in the background in the image below the words "LOOK DOWN". There is separation and tiny paper loss at two of the lower crossfolds. In spite of the above, the poster could be displayed as it is, but certainly, most people would likely choose to have the poster professionally backed and restored, so bear in mind its defects and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
