Cafe Metropole, the 1937 Edward H. Griffith Paris France gambling romantic melodrama (about an American owner of a casino in Paris who embezzles a lot of money, and has to get it back quickly or go to prison, and he gets involved with the beautiful daughter of another casino owner, a crazy pretend Russian prince, and others!) starring Loretta Young, Tyrone Power Jr., Adolphe Menjou, Gregory Ratoff, Charles Winninger, and Helen Westley

Condition: good. There are tiny areas of surface paper loss scattered in the top half of the card, including some in the stars' figures, as well as many similar areas of surface paper loss throughout the back of the card. There are many tiny bits of paper loss across the top of the card and some in the bottom corners. There is a Y-shaped tear in the left of the image, barely extending into the edge of Power's cheek and ear. There is a tape stain in the center of the top border. There is a piece of paper tape on the back of the center of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose. Please do not bid on this card unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored!
