Note that Alfred Hitchcock used the two taglines "The birds is coming!" and "The birds is here!" on several different types of advertising for this movie, no doubt because he thought it was funny that while it is technically grammatically correct when referring to the movie, they "sound wrong"! We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good. The poster has patches of discoloration scattered through the image area (more so along the upper horizontal fold - see our image). There are some pinholes around the edges and it has light fold wear. This is the kind of poster that responds really well to restoration. It is likely that much or most of the discoloration can be removed chemically, and after proper restoration the very rare poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
