Du Rififi Chez Les Hommes (released in the U.S. in 1956 as "Rififi"), the classic 1955 Jules Dassin French crime robbery thriller (which spawned dozens of imitators, especially of the very long robbery sequence that has no dialogue; "A sensational new motion picture"; "Rififi ...means Trouble!") starring Jean Servais, Robert Manuel, Carl Mohner, Magali Noel ("Hear Magali Noel sing the new blues sensation, 'Rififi'!"), and Jules Dassin (the director in an acting role!)

Important Added Info: Note that two French experts have told us this is an early 1960s re-release poster. But a third French expert has told us that the distribution company credited on the poster CFR (Consortium du Format Reduit) was a distributor of 16mm movies in France in the 1950s, and that they would have handled the 16mm distribution of this movie in 1955 (which would make this similar to the much earlier French posters that were for the "rural" releases of movies). But whichever of these explanations is correct, this is not the regular 1955 theatrical poster, so please do not bid on it thinking it is. Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this French movie!

Condition: very good. There is darkening on the folds and some faint brown dot stains and a few tiny tears in the borders.
